Fresh batteries April 3, 2007 Tony (Queens, NY USA) New batteries are amazing. They almost make the tool explode with power.
What is the life span of a Black and Decker 18 volt battery? Will this be a yearly event or will these batteries outlast the original ones that came with the lawn tool?
buy the cordless broom and get 2 batteries March 4, 2007 KenCT (CT, USA) 26 out of 31 found this review helpful
The cordless broom (leaf blower)is 69.97 and includes 2 of these batteries. Six bucks more than the price of two batteries and get the broom too. (review is for 18 Volt type)
Battery January 27, 2007 Richard E. Merz (Folsom, CA USA) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
The battery was purchased as a back-up to the one that came with a cordless Black & Decker drill. It is identical to the one that came with the drill. Had I purchased it through a regular dealer, it would have cost $49.99! I got it for a lot less plus a discount for a first time use of the Amazon credit card. Can't beat that price!
Black & Decker FSB18 18 Volt Spring Loaded Slide Pack Battery January 12, 2007 Robert Wintermeier (Croton-on-Hudson, NY United States) 7 out of 7 found this review helpful
Battery used with tree limb pruning chain saw. Provides adequate power for 30-45 minutes. Cuts through thick branches. Recommend spare battery in case the battery used is partially discharged at time of use and to avoid delay of recharging.
18 Volt FSB18 Battery January 11, 2007 D. Marashall (Healdsburg, CA USA) 5 out of 8 found this review helpful
Hopefully this replacement will last longer than the one year (and under 100 charges) of my original. If not, it will be time to read up on the warranty terms!
