For those of you that are caring for a loved one that can't get out of bed, this product is very helpful. You heat it up in the microwave for approx 20 seconds and then put the cap on. Massage it in for a bit and the hair is very clean and washed. My Dad always used Head and Shoulders as he had dandruff, he didn't have dandruff with ReadyBath. It was so good that I have a few for myself for when I go camping. Great product and makes care givers life much easier.
