There is nothing really special about the Hard Hat. I do like the color and ratchet suspension which is easy to adjust. I wear it on work projects around the house and yard when I think my dome might be comprised.

I do quite a bit of exterior electrical work and this hard hat is the most comfortable, best looking one I've ever worn. The ratchet adjustment is great when I have to tighten it in windy weather or loosen it up to keep the sun out of my eyes. The band on the front is great as well. Much better than the standard ones that cling to your forehead and leave a mark when you take it off. I highly recommend this to anyone who is required to wear one in the work area. The only thing I'll add is that if you're in hot weather, get a white one so it's not as bad in the sun.
